What i have heard from my friend who works in SBI is your probation period increase by the same number of days as the number of leaves you take during your probation period.

no we don't have to pay any money/cash at the time of joining.
but we will have to give them a written surety on non-judicial stamp paper with 2/3 gurantor, properly notorized and in proper format.
