@mili_123first of all write a email to management of that bank as well as examining authority if different also the branch email id. If u caught any name, don't forget to mention that. Try to hold highest level officer whom u interacted responsible for all this as he could have corrected all this. CC the same to RBI, Ministry of OBC Affairs (that is not the exact ministry but some ministry must be there). CC to Sushma Swaraj too, and if u know any other prominent or powerful person working for Up-liftment of your community.Be too much polite in your email, more polite than u ever were but do vent all your anger frustration in that politeness. Praise people at time only to show how bad they were.Like: Mr X and his subordinate were following the instruction sent to them to last word according to best of their knowledge, but they somehow failed to accept my Valid Certificate as authentic despite the Govt Guideline (notification) no ....... This might be lack of training provided to him when he was given instruction sheet for checking documents.All this might not help you, but it may ensure that same do not happen ever in future.
