South people will go for Canara, and others..Many will go for IDBI, many who are not aware of PG and don't know about banks performance or size can go for any other choice, and you will see that after the seats are allotted...

1) what is the difference i mean in what terms do we consider the tire 1 banks better than tire2/3

salary is all d same... only a few perks are different... thts it...?? or there is something else???

2) which banks have 1 yr bond???

3) if we talk interms of promotions... where would it be quicker... tire1/2/3? and why? :P
