General ki jayada seat nahi jati hai single bank process mein bhi (Max 10%). This time everyone need to give bank preference so there would be even less candidates of reserve category who will take Unreserved seat.

Bhai saab! First list mein koi neeche ka bank le lo aur phir koi kam rank wala 2nd list mein top bank le jayega... sab jua hai.. waah IBPS waah! kya isme bhi LALIT MODI ka haath hai?

Here is what i found after talking with some Bank Officers-
All the banks, whether PNB or BOB or IOB or Uco have same "Pressure" of work, Approximately equal pay scale and No guarantee of "Preferred Location". Bank try to give you location based on your lingual, cultural and educational background but here it is also sure that "Not guaranteed".
So instead asking others about "what should I Choose" is just like asking someone else to dig your nose. PO's answer was "Yaar aap dekho aapke aas paas kya chahiye, rest depends on merit and preference".
selection list will not be like 7X.XX to 79.99 will be in PNB etc. it will comprise "preferences like if i got 76 and kept IOB on first, so i wl get it, and if i got 61 and no other is interested in PNB, i will get PNB.
Best part is we don't even know about how IBPS gonna deal with "same marks" people's same preference and about Common List, and reservation list.
So wait and watch will be best Strategy.

although I am very much secured in the excel sheet, I refuse to accept it. Many people are missing from the list. If you add them into it, then the overall count will go to more than 50k and I dont think that IBPS will shortlist more than 50k, just to reject 30k in the final round.
