Hey IDBI is not in the 10 bipartite settlement.. So does it mean that its pay will not be revised?

Hey guys, with the help of documents provided by some members I was able to find out my Rank. My Rank is 8027, and category rank is 1876 (OBC). But my graduation is 56%. Will thr be any problem bcoz of graduation marks, or will I make it through ? Plz help me guys. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.
