I got it. IDBI doesn't comes under bipartite settlements. It has its own wage negotiation mechanisms. It does negotiations on its own and that is why there is a difference in salary of IDBI and other banks.

are then aisa bank choose karna 1st number pe jo dono ko mil jaaye...mastt yaar mere ko to koi milti hi nahi PO jo shadi karne ko taiyaar ho jaye :O

Last time all banks got their arrears in 2010 but idbi wages were settled in 2012 august after almost the end of the 5 year period. Right now the bipartite settlement process has already been started but there is no info about idbi settlement till yet.But its for sure that IDBI wages are also settled once in 5 years.
