In 2010 IDBI started variable pay concept in public sector banks for the first time but after the grievances of its employees it has shunned down the concept.Now there is no variable pay.
IDBI all rural branches are in maharashtra.

I repeat, IDBI doesn't come under banks union, so choose wisely if you are going for IDBI.
As the bank is not the member of All india banks union, Idbi's employee negotiating powers are limited.

now,it is logical top banks will take top employees and so on..
as ,i lie in middle rankwise so i would probably get a middle -tier bank
now,ofcourse there is permutions and combination regarding how bank going to elect,what preference i fill ,what other candidate fill etc etc so nth is sure...

@daddykool sure buddy.....tum hamesha sabki help karte hoo.....we r lucky that we have people like u....in this forum.....by d way i used 2 stay in kolkata fro 6 years....did my b.com from xaviers and mba from bibs.....newaz....muzhe pata hai ki tumhara bohut pahchan ka hai jo banking sector mai hai...so plz tum info collect karna if possible........

If you check the website, in IBA all the public and private banks are included. IDBI comes under other public banks. All india bank employee association is the union of employes of bank.

It took 2 more years for IDBI to settle their wages. The dates for the revision are same for idbi and other banks i.e from dec 2012.Now hw much time it will take to settle it i don't know.
