Home postin .. such thing don't exist for male candidates.. but, u do get transferred to ur home state every 5 years .. If they have vacant seats in ur state .. u will be posted according to ur preference considering ur rank .. but, if there are no vacant places then, u won't get home posting even if ur the topper .. HOME POSTING do exist for girls and Differently abled candidates ..
