Buddy .. first plz hit the reply button .. if ur replying to some body .. only then we get notified .. now, coming to the ur query .. its gonna be there till scale 3 .. but, at scale 3 u can order ur scale 1 officer to make efforts but considering branch managers don;t handle any specific deptt .. so expectations are high .. and, every bank has its own policy .. I was reading here tht andhra bank treats its po as clerks .. so, things are a little different in every bank ..
