I am presently working in TCS for past 1.5 yrs and my present salary is 26 k(It will be around 29 k in april)...I have qualified in IBPS PO...Moreover i have plans for pursuing MBA and i have calls from top B-schools..
I have plenty of doubts regarding joining banks ..Someone with sureshot answers pls throw some lights on the below queries.
What is the inhand salary i wl get (a rough estimate)?
What are the allowances?(DO we get House rent allowances or do they give flats )
What is the avg office timings..(BCoz i have to prepare for CAT2013)and in TCS and hardly spend more than 6-7 hrs in office.
What is the training period and salary during training?

My advice : Don't go for banking sector as workload is much more there plus if you get rural posting it would be a hindrance in your CAT Preps....!!
