FOR preference- he says that depends on candidates.. there are many candidates who have future plans in other sector and want to do less work, for them CBI, ALLAHABAD, UNITED, CORP are good choices...
if u willing to make long career then go for PNB, BOB, BOI, CANARA...
al last he says ki slary to har bank ki almost same hi hai.... but banking sector ek lambi race ke ghode ke lye bht acha hai....
agr aap thode tym ke lye ana chahte ho maja ni ayega.....

My father also had a talk to one of my uncle who is Regional Manager in PNB, he said there is some exam that you need to clear and you can enter as Grade 2 officcer...any idea about that?
