There are various heads under payslip components like : Basic Pay, FPP (Fixed Personal Pay), PQP (Professional Qualification Pay), Special Pay, DA (Dearness Allowance) , HRA ( House Rent Allowance), CCA (City Compensatory Allowance ) etc. These are the regular payment made to employees and generally comprised of so called Pay Slip of Month.
There are also other costs which are not included on Payslip buy paid to employees like cost of Superannuation i.e. Provident Funds, LFC, NPS , Gratuity, Medical reimbursement etc.
IBA Agrees to hike the salary on Payslip by 9.50% excluding the retirement benefit. Previous 9th Settlement offer was 10.30% out of 17.50% If calculated. It means there is no hike on current salary compare to previous year.
Union demands 30% on pay slip cost , still they agreed on cancellation of Strike..
In my opinion Payslip Hike is not acceptable in case of young bankers because those who are under NPS the basic pay+DA component is important.

I have seen many comments of people worrying about written and interview scores. Of course it is natural to worry about exam results, but we need not. If you have a descent score say >68-70 and good interview, then definitely u will be allocated in the first list. My interview panel members told that interview is for inclusion and not for rejection, because they need more young graduates it seems. Most of the seniors are retiring soon.
So my point is stop worrying about the results...Allocation will be April...Not sure about when they will publish consolidated results....ATB...dont lose hope 😁

Finally , out of curiosity and responses here on Pagalguy I called up IBPS just now. A lady answered my call. 👍 (i was expecting engage tone). Anyway, with her sweet and very co operative voice she told me to check the website regularly as they r not sure themselves. I said "thank u " with a little disappointment. But then as she was disconnecting my call , she told the magic words.
"It might come out within 2 Weeks" .

guys in ibps po 2 if someone scored minimum cutoff.. which preference did he/she get?? did any1 get last preference?
Last ibps po 2 interview result came on 8 th feb 2013 i.e after 8 days of last interview date 31st jan if same thing happends then we can expect interview result on this monday 20th jan 2014
