Last year in IBPS PO2, BOB followed a very good pattern....they had allotted 3 joining dates and allowed the candidates to chose the date as per their preference, so this case helped candidates to serve their notice period with their current employers....
Hope this time all banks follow this type of allotment process, so that currently working people get enough time to be relieved and relocate to their joining places.......
