do psns and private banks have same final pay? i find the basic to be 14500 in both the cases
ssc cgl 2013 update:next hearing on 25 feb. exam most likely to be cancelled as police report +ve about malpractices.(source:facebook)
from june 13 case is going on in cat .i think hearing will continue this year.maybe in 2015 any decision can be expected.
ssc cgl 2013 case gives us an idea of how never ending legal cases can spoil carrers of lakhs of students.

I have a friend who joined ICICI 1.5years back after completing the PG program that they conduct in collaboration with Manipal education. 3-4 days back his friend,who is at the same level as his, was fired along with his CRM(probably customer relationship manager) for just not showing 100% compliance with some policy.In ideal they should have been given a warning or at max suspension but directly a pink slip,God.
Poor guy and the CRM,who is a senior employee must have loans to pay.
It is just an example of job INsecurity that is still so much prevalent in the private sector in India.
A month ago PE fund managers were kicked out from StanC bank as the bank did not need them anymore.
P.S: Private industry(IT/BANK/Insurance all) definitely offers you exponential growth prospects but folks there are no free meals in this world.
Real life is like share market,more returns implies more risks.Not everybody is ready to have an adventurous life in the long run even though it lures with money.
It is just an example of job INsecurity that is still so much prevalent in the private sector in India.
