jharkhand wali PIL ka main issue ye hai ki kuch venue par old certificate par interview dene diya gaya,however at some venues candidates were not allowed in interview.
ibps ko bhi to ek policy adopt krni chahiye thi
ya to sabse undertaking leke allow krte ya sabko refuse krte.

Now If you on Jharkhand High Court Website http://jhr.nic.in/case_status/case_wise_judg.php Enter the details and you will see the case is against The Bank Of India Through Its Zonal Manager And Others, and not against IBPS.
wats is a chance of cracking po 3 with a score of 71, decent interview, graduate in commerce with first class mark, deploma in banking and 2 year work experiance in a leading pvt bank.

But on searching the High Court site IBPS is not a party only BOI but IBPS is the principal and BOI is its agent so IBPS should be made a necessary party to PIL........Pls don't panic.........

i called ibps regarding rescheduling of obc candidates intrview (in eve aftr reading the news on careeradda) but they said last intrview was on 12 jan n dey dont have any info regarding this.. the guy told me that result is likely to come in frst week of feb... m confused because i read somewhere that hearing is on 27th jan regarding that PIL 😠
# now are we supposed to wait endlessly for results jus like ssc aspirants ? 😟😟😟
Don't take the PIL issue lightly frds........it's India, anything can happen.......for example SSC CGL-2013...SSC is a big government organisation is unable to vacate the stay on result.....
