Hi everyone sorry cudnt post my interview experience earlier…was busy wid offc n all…

Document verification took some time. Although interview was quick n was completed in 10-15 min👏

Panel 5 members-All male

Questions asked:

Tell me about yourself in 1minute…educatnl backgrnd, family,hobbies, work ex

Just when I told dem abt my work ex…dey all started asking questions about my job profile etc…No Single question was asked on HR subject in general😠….

In the end they asked me about what if m posted outside Delhi…I sd I dnt have any problem…..dey were like what if you were posted in Chennai u will have language problem…I sd I will try to learn the language…2panel members started talking among themselves d language is very tough aise thdi seekh jaoge blah blah…n strted laughing among themselves (I still dnt gt wht was so funny)😐

Lastly 1 of the members who was quiet the whole n was going though my documents asked me dnt u think ur score is low n u have less chances of selection….😠

That was all they asked …cnt say whtr it went gud or bad….it felt lk they were just passing dere time

Puys, ek stupid sa question hai.

How many (approx) have cleared written exam of IBPS SPL HR Officer exam, means how many have appeared for interview and what is the ratio of selection, because I have heard that HR Officers vacancies are less as compared to other officers. Pls help as my interview was not so good, so I am very much tensed. 😲 😠
