It is just a matter of 1 month..So,you can skip incase ur company is not a cmmi level company. Else they may blacklist you in nsdl/nasscom.
You wont ever again able to go back to IT industry.I m saying this coz u might get IT as an specialisation at NIIT. So,again incase infuture u want to switch to some IT firm(long run) then it might be a problem.
So to be at safer side. go through the proper chain... This is what I feel.

its upto u dudee.But icici bank wants a mandatory relieving letter from ur latest concern.So if u have already shown dis company in ur past experience it may cause trouble.But am not sure abt it.Donno wats d IT scenario anupam is talking abt.But just try to get relieved in a proper way as these are really helpful in our later part of career

My one frnd had same problem in infy.He went to HR and told them that he would commit suicide if they would not release him and he was released on the same day.

Theja as far as releiving letter is concerned,we can show the resignation as even I am not going to get it at the time of joining :(
So that time we can show them the salary slip as well as resignation ...that will work..

Yes man it was a another sleepless night .

Not all in mood to work in office and just refershing my gmail and PG for latest updates .

Praying god that w'll should be selected and will have a drink party on the terrace of our Hostel dorm . :D:D

Also , proof that we are no longer working in other organization. so,resignation acceptance mail from company,salary slip n may b the offer letter will work....

Absolutely. But i think there is no use calling them again and again. Let wait till today EOD and if results are not out then we should call them 2moro and ask for tentative date. We should control our nerves though it's tough 😛 ;)
