Hey! Thanks for the initiative. It would be better if you could just post the infos you have got, rather than letting people ask the ques. that way most of the ques will be answered any ways.

2. 100% work guarantee? What happens if there is a recession? any remotre possibility we won't end up with a job ?
3. What kind of work is it ? I am banker myself. 2 yrs in retail banking .

1.No specialisation will be alloted by the bank by evaluating ur potentials through psychometric analysis, marks in 1st semister and ur background.
2.No doubt abt the job.Even if recession comes ICICI would stop this programme for further but place the current students.

Actually , as per IBM policy an employee can revert the process of resignation any time during the notice period . So, incase I din't get selected I will revert my decision .
It was not like I was over confident that I will 100 percent get selected . I did it just because in IBM there is notice period of 3 months . So, I thought of serving as much as I can .
Now as far as going against HR and organization , I have a legal mail that resignation is been accepted by the management(of 6th April) . They realized their mistake yesterday and now they are forcing me to send concurrence mail to extend my last working day .(9th may). Which is impposible for me to accept incase I got shortlist (chances are less but still have hope)..
Now, what you say Kapil.
Please suggest me (I feel I do'nt have any other option)...

My friend, the problem is ur integrity in the company (IBM) and ur trust with the mngmnt post withdrawing ur resignation. I mean, its like calling a divorce n then going bck on ur decision (I hope u und). Even if u have/had the best of intentions/performance for ur co., very few mngrs/HR accept it n give u the same treatment like before. (Even u wud b skeptical to trust a similar team-member under u).
For now, its a matter of couple of days, so I wud suggest to hold on n let the picture get clear now. If u get selected (I wud pray for both of us), nthing like it..take it on them..But if u dnt, then dat is wher the problem lies for u.
Lastly, it wud be ur decision to stick to IBM or not.

In last batch ,when did they declare the result? In the morning or in the evening time ? any idea.. guys are u all sure result will come tomorrow ?ur view ....
today,again going to be a sleeless night 😞 .
