But I am sure that those who have good job positions/responsibility(eg.managerial rank) and salary range between 6-8 lacs are surely going to make it.Its purely a profile based selection,nothing to do with PI/GD or written.These are all formalities.

but guys last year the merit list was posted by ICICI on its website...and emails were sent later... i guess it will follow the same protocol this year too... i have one more doubt... was there a selection process for october's batch last year...

Only mails were sent.

hey guys did everyone submit the exp certificate from the previous employer on the day of GD/PI if switched your job in the last few months... i did not submit it and also did not get any call from the HR regarding it.. this shows that i am not selected for the program...

It was mandatory to submit..How can they miss. they are checking all the docs at the time of registration, may be you have submitted but don't remember? Why you again again saying i am not selected? if so then u r not here at PG.u r here..bcause you still have hope!! chill yaar

No option left with me bro . On monday , anyhow I have to give concurrence mail . Today , I have taken sick leave considering result will surely come today .

What I would say this is the fault of ICICI management . They are not properly managing it . First thing is they are delaying the result . Secondly they are expecting all of us to join in such a small notice of 1 month . Most of the companies now have notice period of 3 months (eg IBM , TCS , ICICI).
Even in ICICI, they have notice period of 3 months, how could they expect to join others merely in a period of 40-45 days ?

Guys please correct me if I am saying anything wrong ?

i did not check my email properly and did not carry... on the day of GD... the HR said that if i get selected i need to produce the document and i replied that i have it but forgot to carry it.. i did not get any call regarding my relieving letter and other stuff after the GD/PI... so worried...

I did not submit the exp certificate too . But they checked my original certificates and told that once if you are selected then u have to bring those things .

Cant say anything dude , not submitting the certificates at that time doesn't mean that we are not selected .

But again I'm doubtful about that .....

I've left hopes 😞

whichever interview it is... the documents are submitted in the end once selected... so now we can't assume anything...cross our fingers and pray to ganapathi bappa...
