My biggest worry as of now is my total ex = its 2 yrs 11 months..
i wil be having experince = 3yrs on 2nd march... this has been dicussed in interview also, but they didnt discuss that much.. just said " so u hav ex of 2 yrs 11 mnths.. i said "yes", before i explain anything they moved to next question... 
dudes, my case is 50-50.. dnt kno wat will happen 😐

hey dude that's fine as u will complete 3 yrs in few days.. so u on a safer side as u said that ur interview was very good...

Completely agree boss ... If Work Exp had been issue then they would not never take ur interview & spare their time.

..... but rightly said there is no point fretting over it, we have waited for ao long lets wait for another couple of days.And moreover u cannot make judgements just cos the HR dint give u a call regarding ur exp letter, thats only required when u will join them ... so relax is what i would suggest. dude go for ISB... don't look back...its one of the top business schools in the world... 13th in the world... hw many yrs exp do u have? wat's ur profile? wat's ur GMAT score?

Hey there.... I would suggest you to yourself think about the pros & cons of both the courses.....
ISB
One of the top b-schools in the world.... 1 year course, good reputation, BUT, quite high fees, certificate course only, placements not guaranteed, educational loan taken for the fees will make you not save anything for atleast 7 years (calculated on the basis of 20 lacs loan @ around 13% interest & repayment tenure being 7 years).....Not very good salaries if you compare ICICI program coz the AVERAGE salary is 16 lacs, which means lot of guys would had been placed below 16 lacs.....
ICICI MBA
University not much known, 2 yr program, 3 yr bond BUT placement is guaranteed, quite good stipend during the program, good salary post MBA, negligible fees and the interest rate is quite low too...
Just think wot if u land up in a bank itself post ISB???? and wot if that bank is ICICI bank itself :)????
Think from all the prospects dude.. If you can forego the fee thing of ISB, i would recommend ISB, but if you are not into upper class group of people (rich), think about loan & its repayment also.....:)
i absolutely agree with u Rahul... but wat if this guy's package is already 10 lacs now and after getting placement from ISB he would get a hike of 140% on his current sal... so he could easily repay the loan in 3 yrs time.. and if his profile is really good now(AS ONE CAN UNDERSTAND AFTER GETTING A CALL FROM ISB).. he can get into senior management level after the course at ISB.. so he has to make a decision now..he can get placed abroad also if everything goes well after the course.. after getting placed abroad he can repay the loan in just 2 yrs....

Dude I was in a similar scenario till a few days back ... but got a ding so not spoilt for choices like u.
But u cant compare ISB to this programme, its anyday miles ahead. So all the best and have fun at ISB.

Wanted to vent out my some frustration abt results .. hence posting it.. :(
my routine since last 1 week.
Wake up @ 7 - open lappie to check gmail and PG.
Reach office @ 8 - 1st thing after logging is to open IE and chk PG.
Till 6 pm - F5 every half and hour on PG to chk for any updates.
Reach home @ 7 - open lappie to check gmail and PG
Till 11 pm - Refreshing gmail and PG every 15-20 mins.
And nxt day the scheule repeats. Couldn't had sound sleep in last 1 week..
Eagerly and desperately waiting for results..
ATB and m praying for me and othe puys..
