how do we confirm that the DD has been received ?

Just talked to prof. Shivendra....He will start acknowledging the receipt of DDs and other docs on Monday...if you do not receive it by then ...please feel free to mail/ call him with the supporting documents.

I sent my documents yesterday by first flight courier, and send a mail along with the scanned docs. Hope they will deliver it by 3rd mar.

dont worry.. They had delivered my courier within 2 days..i have sent it on 28th feb and they delivered it on 1st afternoon

Guys i today received a call from icici hr that they have not received my signed docs. I tracked the courier company and they have already delivered on 27. Does anybody else has got the call.

i realy dont know what is going on.........the courier ppl are claiming that they have delivered the consignment on 2nd march....but are not updating delivery status on DTDC portal.
1 more info puys...just called Prof. Mathur...he informed me that university is closed for 1 week for summer vacations ...so we will get updates on or after 12th march....

yeah i also talked to mr. mathur and he told me that university will be closed for holi vacation. And only security man will be there.

Lol 😃 This is news for all of us..I wonder why did they then mention the deadline to be 3rd march if they r gonna b closed until the 12th?
It seems this roller coaster ride doesn't seem to end until April..huh...???

I think they wanted to get the docs before the holidays, as there will be a long pause for the process btw this period.

If your courier is showing that they have delivered then u can call prof. mathur to confirm, as we have addressed him the docs.

hi.POG...i called front office of university...he was too confused to read courier entry register..thus called prof. mathur ...nd he gave me info about vacations....BTW ..i have planned to put my res. papers on monday...but now dont know what to do....
@seniors(Rahul nd others)..can u provide some solace to our irked souls...plzzz

no bhai...no body confirmed ny thing.....prof mathur told me to send him details of DD ...so i did ....just hoping for the best..

Now that today the last date(official) is over and from tomorrow they are having their holidays so no body will be there to receive our couriers, and i am suspicious that they will deliver it again after 12 or will they return it to us.

I don't know how many are undelivered till today, as mine is not, i confirmed it with the courier.:banghead:
