go to icicicareers portal, click on leadership program button on the right which gives all the details about this program on a new web page, click update ur profile option on the left and use these credentials to login...

With close to 6 yrs exp in power sector, is it worth applying for 2 yrs course/ changing to banking sector ?
When one says 15 lacks salary is offered what does this mean--How much is fixed & variable salary or take home salary ?
Do i Have the choice to select the specialisation or ICICI chooses the specialisation for me ?
Does this course have AICTE approval ?
I have read something about similiar tieup of ICICI with manipal university..so how does this course fare ?

It depends on you, if your interest is getting into banking sector and it is a good opportunity, if you are very much happy with the field you are currently in then you can continue with it...at the end what matters is work satisfaction...

nobody has a clear idea about this, as this is going to be the fourth batch of this course...first batch will get into the job role by end of April 2013 i believe, so it is only then that we will ge to know what actually ICICI is offering...as far as current salary range goes for Manager Grade 2 in ICICI, it is somewhere between 8-10 lacs...

specialisations are selected by ICICI based on your prior experience and performance in the assessments conducted during the course
Does this course have AICTE approval ?
Well NIIT University website says it is approved under UGC but as far as I have done my own research, i have found that its still in pending list of UGC approved university...i feel the level of coaching and course content will be at par bcoz that would have been the only reason why ICICI has done a tie-up with them...(its my own perception)
I have read something about similiar tieup of ICICI with manipal university..so how does this course fare?
I am not aware of this course hence cannot comment...

Aptitude test will be conducted only after the closing date of the application process which is 15th July...hopefully it will happen in the last week of July....yes the GD and PI will happen on the same day(based on the information i have from previous batches).

u stand a better chance than me coz i left studies almost 7 years back....lolz....anyways, i am not too sure about links but u can refer any book which gives you a brief understanding about ratios, profit and loss, reasoning, data interpretation, grammer...all the best...

i have uploaded my resume, and filled in all the mandatory details, do we have to fill in the 3rd page which is about work experience , where you have to fill in your designation ( i couldn't find mine from the drop down list), and your previous supervisor's number ( wat if he has changed his number ),
and what about regarding uploading of documents.

I attended a counselling session (organized by ICICI itself) in Hyderabad today for this program. There they told us that you must have completed the 3 years of work ex by the date of start of program which would somewhere in October.

Could you please highlight some more points that were discussed in counselling session?? like AICTE accredation, JOb prospects, city pref etc.. I was not able to attend it because its isnt held in my city..

AICTE accreditation was not discussed but I believed NIIT Univ is approved by UGC (as per NIIT Univ website) though they told that you will get a MBA degree after course completion (and not a diploma which most institutes grant).
Job Prospects - you will be taken in ICICI bank at Manager grade 2 or above after successfully completing course. Note: successfully completing course, though they said until you goof up seriously chances of not completing course is very less.
City pref - I believe you are asking regarding which city you will be placed after course completion. If yes then they said that you can be sent to any of the cities where ICICI has presence (they also said mostly you will be placed in metros), but if you have preference for any particular city, they might consider it, but not 100% guarantee.
Do let me know if you need any other info.

I am part of the Oct 2011 batch and currently undergoing internship.I would like to clarify a few things regarding the course.NIIT as a university started only in 2009.People should join this MBA F& B programme on the strength of ICICI Bank not on NIIT University's pedigree or AICTE accreditation.AICTE approval or the degree given by the university will not matter in the long run whereas the work experience in ICICI after the completion of the course will alone matter.From whatever experience I have in the course this is an ideal springboard to get into a top notch Indian private bank.The greatest blessing is that there is no pressure of placement in this course.We get a monthly stipend to take care of the expenses.We get an even more handsome stipend during internship.What more does one want.The peer group is from diverse backgrounds and the learnings I have had during group assignments/projects/presentations have been priceless.

There is no guarantee of location post completion of the course.I would like interested students to apply and prepare well for the selection process rather than speculate on other things.
