Hi puys,

I've just now tried to apply online to the ICICI-NIIT Business Leadership programme at icicicareers.com.
After filling up the form and clicking submit, I got a "Server not available" message. Retried a few times, with same result.

Did anyone else face this problem? Is this because of session expiration or something?

Any insights would be appreciated.

yep...even i have faced the similar issue...but i kept trying...and one day it worked for me...dont be scared to know that i was successful after almost 100 trials....you might be lucky to get it quicker...meanwhile contact icici...

Yes, the work experience fields HAVE to be filled. One of the minimum requirements is that an applicant should have 3 years of work experience.

I dont exactly remember all the details as of now but one thing I used majorly to make my decision was based upon an NPV analysis for the next 7 years to find if I am not making a huge tradeoff with my finances.
I was startled to find that anyone more than current CTC of 7.5LPA should have a VERY STRONG reason to join this program apart from the financial aspect (CTC of 15 lacs) and this was despite not accounting for the cost of the MBA program of 4.5lacs.

So, in short, sit down calmly and jot down the reasons why u shud and shud not join this program and weigh them per your preferences to find out the best possible alternative for you. Best of Luck!

even I am facing the same problm in filling the work ex. form.

I dont know I have mailed this problm to ICICI and got this as a reply:

Kindly follow the below path to login or update your profile.
www.icicicareers.com -->Experienced Professional-> Update your profile--> click on login--> enter Login details.

but still the same server problm. Guyzz if anybody can help, pls let me know.

i too have similar query, first of all i couldn't find my designation in the drop down list , my supervisor has changed his number and i do not have his residence number, the whole form is quite confusing.

i have a experience of above 4 years and filled in all the details apart from this work experience section.

The work experience should be after graduation - Minimum of 3 Years (Full time experience) before the shortlisting process would begin.

As far as age and work-ex are concerned, the requirements should be fulfilled as on October 22, 2012.
