I had GD PI today, case study was different but was able to analyse it. It case study was on a company A which has two divisions...one is making profit and another making losses...need to advise what all options can be exercised with respect to loss making dividison and company as a whole...follows tables and data about both divisions...
I along with 6 others made it to PI...come prepared for PI, they can ask you anything...when i say anything it can be anything...PI is ranging from 20 - 45 mins...overall experience was good...started the procedure on time, HR was very active and supportive through out the process...
All the BEST for those who are yet to attend GD PI...
I am from Hyd...GD details have already been given, apart from what i have mentioned in my post earlier, there were only tables of data to be analysed...i dont remember any of those...(sorry for bad memory)...
During PI, they drilled everything mentioned in CV...as I am already a manager, they gave different scenarios and asked me to say how i would react in such scenario...mainly concentrate on what is there on CV...

Hi all, i went through the GDPI today at delhi, my scheduled timing was 9:30 but due to late registrations i could participate in my gd by 12 noon. in my batch there were 10 candidates and 6 got shortlisted for PI. we feel lucky as we converted our GD into a fish market for 3 times. Although the moderator told us that we will have 10 minutes to study the GD and write answers on a specific given sheet, the moderator forgot the time given at started our gd after 5 minutes, it was quite a pressure tactic as a 3 page case study you have to read, analyze and write your answer too in a sheet was a hell of a experience. after gd i went for my PI at 5:30Pm and by that i was completely exhausted and lost enthusiasm and energy to give my best at the PI. hope for the best and all the best to all other candidates taking their GDPI in coming days. ATB!!!!!!!
