OPQ is only used for deciding the specialization, once u got selected. it has nothing to do with selection/rejection. plz be patient.

Hi friends so all interviews would be over by today, and if i am getting my numbers right out of 6000 aspirants clearing aptitude test approx 3000 appeared for PI(considering a success rate of 50% in GD). So 120 out of 3000 is 1:25. Lets keep our fingers crossed. I have a query guys and i would like some insights for everyone to calculate their chances of making in provided if we know the criteria for final selection. Whether it is going to be done on the basis of final interview solely or their is going to be the weight age of performance in aptitude test as well as the GD and PI and if yes what is the weight age of respective sections. Anyone who happens to know the people undertaking these course or someone having access to the HR of Icici bank can throw some light on this. Eagerly looking for a response on this. All the best to everyone for final selection!!!!!!!!!!!

I am sure its not purely based on PI, there are some other factors they consider but not sure what they are?

i think the analysis of 1 :25 is no good.. generally they perefer guys who are not MBA's or just closed thier grad class. they take a least call for those who are MBA's irrespective of experience even +5 yrs.. so lets think what they felt of LEADER who need for bank.

truly speaking. this bank needs to develop a flexible way of updating condidates on future developments.. but they care less for such pro-active nature !

My PI was kind of okay... I am from IT background. They pointed that they found my CV to technical

I somehow took the control on it.

One point I want to share that they asked me if I had any question for them.
I asked: When can we expect results?
One of them replied that You can expect results in a week!

Puys, just had a query that even when many of us were able to see OPQ attached in the Uploaded Documents, I wasn't able to see the same. Also during the interviews, HRs were actually asking few whether they had completed OPQ or not, which means that it was given to the interviewing panel before the candidate was entering. I'm not sure why my OPQ was not visible before the interview on the portal profile, and it wasn't asked as well before the interview. Has anyone had the similar experience?
