Working with any of bank as relationship mgr is like a begging kind of job, waiting for client hours, always sir...sir yes sir yes sir, even u need to agree with client on wrong right things, mostly mis- selling, lying with client, wrong commitments then job change its very common.although earning handsome salary but its full of stress, relationship mgr profile dont have any good image in society too. can think before joining. But its all matter of once interest and choices few like sales and others operations....

Before taking anybody ,corporate has to allocate budget under some header and these are headers only.some people allocated to whole sale banking header and some for Technology header.
