Boss onsite can never be compared with this even at money front.Till now, we all are naive in finance but now we have to wake up and learn something which is called PPP-Purchase power parity.
Mostly people are going to onsite getting total CTC around 70K dollars which is around 3500000 Rs. So that is very gud if you go for direct comparison.
Now based on PPP data and even in IIM-A site ,it is written that people getting 150000 dollars can have same level of life as some indian ia having with 2500000 Rs..So when I devided I got PPP ratio as 150000/2500000=0.06.
Now if you multiply 1500000 with 0.06 ,it will come to 90K dollars which are at least 20K dollars more than what we will be getting in onsite.
Even if you cut 600000 rs , from 1500000 towards loan,gratuity,PPF,Medical reimbursement then it will be 900000.
Then multiply 900000 with 0.06 and devide by 12 =4500 dollars per month but in general we all are getting nearly 4000.
So please think financially and take your decision.

I think calculate till your last working day because some people might leave before 22nd. If you are getting relieved on 10th then calculate till 10th because the same will be there on paper.

Now if you're selected and willing to join how is it difficult for you to produce the original certificates? After you become a CM-I and apply for positions elsewhere, no one would ask for originals in the initial stages, you'll require the originals only after your final selection. You need to deposit Rs. 10,000/- as security deposit (refundable within 90 days of joining the campus) by visiting your nearest ICICI Bank branch, do carry the deposit slip and invitation email print outs. You'll get a stamped copy of deposit slip for yourself and for HR. Courier the stamped HR copy along with other docs.
I had gone for my medical today.The hospital staff asked for my offer letter.Is the letter labelled "Private and Confidential" the offer letter?
