@[610232:Terminator007] : Even I have the same question. What I thought was they will send all emails to selected candidates (Fri, Sat n Sun) and on tue n wed they will send emails to all the candidates who got rejected - This is purely my assumption and observation, I might be wrong and wish to be wrong!
Also, i would like to know if they are sending offers based on the experience levels? What I meant was, if more experience they are awaiting for approval from their business unit on budget?......Currently, I am amidst all permutations/combinations, assumptions, imaginations....this will continue until I get any communication officially
@abdulgafoortnt said: I am SORRY to say but I personally do not think that offer letters are pending to be rolled out.....
I would reiterate what has been communicated time and again. Please have patience and wait till tomorrow. HR reps would have something in mind when they said that offers would be flowing in till Tuesday / Wednesday. All the best

Yes, the same PDF file is your offer letter. I have got the medical tests done from some other Lab. Waiting for the reports
@Chandrasekhara said: Guys, is it possible by any chance about the prior experience of the candidates who are selected till date or all who have received the offer/joining letters via emails?
Didn't get your exact query. Could you please elaborate...

Also, I wanted to know about the reference date for calculating Experience Years. Is it Joining date or Form Fill up date? Logically, I think it should be joining date (22 Oct 2012) because eligibility criteria says that you should have 3 years of work ex and obviously it should be before joining MBA and not any date you actually filled up the form (in that case you will clearly have at least 4 months more). and Secondly i think that must be a reason they have not mentioned anything about it (Such an imp information) on website as they initially would not know exact date of course commencement.
Someone please throw some light. It would really be of great help. Thanks in advance.
Your logic is absolutely correct. This thing was communicated during the info sessions held at various cities that the reference date for work-ex and age would be 22nd October, 2012.
@[603967:abdulgafoortnt] This is a humble request to u not to post any negative feelings as so many more deserving candidates are desperately waiting for the results and posts like that are really demoralizing for others .. Thanks
@[564976:euphilic] : I am sorry to confuse with my query. Let me elaborate it for better understanding which help you all to share your views.
Query: I wanted to collect information on the number of years, all the candidates who got the offer letters, have. The intention behind this is, wanted to clarify or know that if the total number of years of experience is counted or not, because, if they have to put you or if you are eligible into higher grade or band they would need an approval from their respective business unit for budget allocation (as usually it happens in IT industry).
For ex: There are openings for Team Lead and above positions in an IT company and min exp required is 6 years and say you have 9 years and you may be qualified for a Manager position. So the procedure is it will go to your business unit head for approval for budget allocation.
Hoping that I atleast tried make my question/query clear with an example. Kindly let me know if its still unclear! Thank you for sharing views

Got your question. Here goes the answer... If you are eying the Chief Manager grade, you are expected to have "considerably" higher no. of "relevant" work-ex years under your belt. Moreover, you are also expected to out-perform others in academics and ECA during your 1st 2 terms.
Regarding the no. of years of the selected candidates, you can explore this here https://docs.google.com/document/d/1js_6luhYO_HyH_rP_dI0gyl4D3hnA2ZGN_YXECIQKIk/edit?pli=1
By the way, how much work-ex do you have and in what capacity?

You need to carry the deposit slip and a copy of the offer letter or invitation email.
No prior intimation is needed for these basic tests as the required equipments and other things are always ready with any good diagnostic lab. Make sure you go there early morning empty stomach, without having anything, not even tea/coffee.
