I would like to answer you from my own experience. I am a BIS Scholar of of 15th batch for L&T; ECC. We got selected for 2011 batch. And even we are going to have super juniors within 6 months, but we still dont know the correct criteria followed by L&T; to select us. The corporates will keep these things as a secret generally.
@nkme2007 I understand that but just for the sake of assumption..what do you think my chances are.
I like Finance/Economics as a subject but don't have a degree/certificate to support.
Will this hamper my chances?
@ andraindian : u mentioned that this time there will be only shortlisting n interview. How do u know dat ???

1.if u have attempted plz give me some guidence about WRITTEN TEST.(materials)
2.Philoyio metric Test,Data suffecenty,data integration also there r not.
3.how to apply ? what is the processure?
4.Is it online applying r not?is definatly provide jobs to all members who have complted MBA in that program?
5.The internship is how many moths? plz send me reply

2. Psychometric test will be neither be selection/rejection criteria. Everyone has to appear once cleared BMAT(Business Management Aptitude Test).

GD/Extempore/Case Analysis.
combined result for all above mentioned activities will be declared on same day & candidates who clear this round will have to move for interview.
@ 998420. Yes this was the process they followed last time. And also it was stated on icici web page last time. But this time they have not mentioned anything about BMAT n GD. Why icici will hide there selection process stages ?? this is what coming on to my mind?? Any idea ?? Have u interacted any icici personal ??

I am a lawyer with 3 years and 3 months of experience in legal practice, would they consider this taking into consideration the fact that they have mentioned about CA's and Legal Professional's in main page of the prog. is there anybody with these kind of experience.

In first Batch we have one guy who is Charted Accountant. HR guys always looking for candidates of different background so that cross learning can takes place. You have a better chance bcoz of your unique background/profile.

They have mentioned "Multistage selection process" wherein BMAT & GD will be an integral part of it. There has to have both these rounds otherwise it will be too difficult to conduct interviews of 40k candidates. (40k applied during last time)
