Another thing.. How was ur inetrview - the last round i mean?
i lost it in the final round for the 4th batch.. my interview went well.. still i couldn't figure out wat they were looking for... so just needed some inputs on as to how to prepare for the interview round this time...wat areas did they target u in the last round.. ? Pls can u give some tips on how to prepare for this..

hey same thing happend my interview went weel but dnt knw i think they are looking entire score like from apti to intevew and you exp and academics , hav u done with test

I Gave my apti on 5th jan 13 and they said result wud be declared today i didnt get result or i dont know if am not selected did any guys got result ,Have done test reasonably well in sections however apti was not so good,so keeping my fingers crossed,any thoughts on this welcome,I am from chennai by the way.

Hi All!! Just read somewhere that there is a separate selection process for people who have a GMAT score.. Is that the case? Can someone please confirm that?
Had exam in Raipur..arrangement was nt good..pc's were too old...proper space not there to sit and do rough work...and most important a senior facult at NIIT wa busy taking interview in same room and he was too loud was nt able to concentrate ...felt irritated the way they were conducting d exam...mood kharab ho gya yaar...feel like its sm kind of joke..
@i4iim Yes You could have requested at that time,or you could have brought to someone notice its too late now,anyway hope for the best .lets wait

Is everything fine I See You are 2012 Batch so just want to know more abt whatever ICICI Has told whether its been same i mean univ,then atmosphere,then stipend,then internship locations etc,do reply whenever u have time.

Hey...wt topics do they ask in GD ....i heard dat dey give CASE STUDY n then subsequent discussion on that ..is it true.....?? Can u throw some lite on this....??
Also in the interview wat do they stress more upon ..??

Yes we are getting whatever was committed. Around 90 - 95% students got preferred intern location in our batch.
Pl ask specific question abt the university / course , as what was conveyed to you by HR.

Hi Thanks for your reply,As of now Didnt discuss anything with HR,Have given apti round on 5th jan 2013,chennai,they said result wud be declared today,still didnt get any,i thought may not they didnt release result,any idea when result likely please..and any idea how much importance they stress on apti,test bec Reasonably did well all the sections,but arithmetic was not so gud,however keeping my fingers crossed to see if wud clear.

Based on my past observations , case studies were mostly based on marketing concepts or Financial planning. We have to analyze the case & write it on a given A4 size sheet.
Then there will be a group discussion on same case further 1-2 min extempore on same case.
Interview will be stressed on ur resume. So be 100% sure abt the content that you mentioned in ur CV / personality form.

It would be logical if they disclose results after all aspirants take BMAT (ie; 26 Jan). After that only, they can analyze the performance of all candidates & can decide the min cutoff.
I think written test has 10% weightage (purely my gut feeling, although it is not mentioned/disclosed anywhere) , So it hardly matters how well you have done in each section provided you clear sectional cutoff & overall cutoff.

Its not correct. You need to take BMAT.

@Prathosh ya even i think i ll talk to HR tommo..lets hope smthing will happen...otherwise i ll let it go...but seriously that so unprofessional on their part..nyways..
