1.I will be completing 3 yrs of my experience on 22nd Feb,2013.So am I eligible for this course of ICICI Business Leadership Programme.
2.In point 15 of FAQ which states:
15. What would be my salary once I join the bank after training?
Your gross annual salary on joining the bank will be 15 Lacs (cost to company) or more.Is there any guarantee regarding the salary package?(I mean to say what is the authenticity for this salary package)

@ICICI-Careers .. i have applied to the program a week back but still have not received any communication? is it normal? or do we have to full fill some more formalities ? i have given my gmat and what role is GMAT playing in the selection process..
I have my BMAT on 13 Jan in Pune...
Who else have test on same day in Pune?

Thanks Vinya,Keeping my Fingers crossed for Apti results,Have done reasonably good in all sections except Arithmetic most were guessing based on my instinct,dont know if wud clear or not,let me see what happens ..

@998420 Your specialization selection will be based on your previous profile,your academic performance during the course,your internship performance, psychometric profiling and also your interest.
@nik864u On successful completion of programme, you will be absorbed within ICICI Bank at a package of Rs. 15 lacs per annum. The first batch will join the services of bank in April 2013. ii. You will be placed within any of the sub-groups of Wholesale Banking like Project Finance and Corporate Banking etc or Risk Management or Banking Technology group. Also, work location will be decided at the time of your joining based on specific requirements.
