ICICI Business Leadership Programme - Min 3 Yrs Work Ex Required

@mvrkr44 As i said.. the panel which took my interview was the biggest one/...
General about the power industry(my profession).. like coal prices and all that stuff..which are not known to me..and i admitted.....
They were just trying to convince me that i should go back and do good work in technical... and i think i couldn't justify well.....

They will surely ask...why should we take you???? and what will you bring to ICICI that are rare and vital qualities..... i gave a reply..but they will somehow act as not convinced...so... i wud say...still dont flip sides..and stay on your answer.....

@whosaniac07 ,

wat is ur gd topic & and explain it ...it wil helpful for us

@mvrkr44 approx 120
@whosaniac07 Can you give details of ur GD topic
@mvrkr44 The questions should be answered on the sheet and then discussed in the group.... basically they will cover the entire analysis of the case....

@7sanjay.b ,

ohhh..they are asking this type of questions also.. i thnk they are checking on how much capability we are having on the current profile.....

and also for every one they are asking same why ICICI? like dat

@mvrkr44 Yes...they asked this question to everyone i came across except one....

@7sanjay.b Yes you are correct. I gave my PI yesterday. Major focus was on being an s/w engg why MBA in banking and finance. Every point was negated, I am mentioning this just to say stick to what you had answered.

I was asked yesterday whether you have any innovative think about any product launch for ur company. In reply, they proved every point of mine to be useless, so be firm and stick to wat u think and answer.

I gained a lot of info from this forum...and hoping that i have provided appropriate feedback... wishing everyone ATB....

Now that's the process is over.... i've earned a sound sleep.... And that too on a working day... i'm just loving it....

Bye guys

@yadavsaurabh ,

I thnk they are checking each & every corner of our capabilty & new innovation thinking....

Yes @mvrkr44 but they will grill you like anything and in my panel in Delhi there was no emotions on the face of panelists like whether they are satisfied or dissatisfied. They were answering plainly like so wat and what else.

And yes they are also asking about your academic accolades.

One thing more, if you have switched companies then be prepared to justify, why?

Can somebody let us know the AGRICULTURE case study...

@yadavsaurabh ,

Thanks for your valauble info on switching companies ...

Anybody who gave recently in Delhi ???

@mvrkr44 : GD/PI started nearly on time.
@tanujkhanna9 : Yes, I gave my interview in Delhi.

@yadavsaurabh: regarding case study scenarios, what ever this Thread has to offer is that enough for preparation or we need to look scout outside as well ????
