@mvrkr44 As i said.. the panel which took my interview was the biggest one/...
General about the power industry(my profession).. like coal prices and all that stuff..which are not known to me..and i admitted.....
They were just trying to convince me that i should go back and do good work in technical... and i think i couldn't justify well.....
They will surely ask...why should we take you???? and what will you bring to ICICI that are rare and vital qualities..... i gave a reply..but they will somehow act as not convinced...so... i wud say...still dont flip sides..and stay on your answer.....
@mvrkr44 The questions should be answered on the sheet and then discussed in the group.... basically they will cover the entire analysis of the case....
@7sanjay.b Yes you are correct. I gave my PI yesterday. Major focus was on being an s/w engg why MBA in banking and finance. Every point was negated, I am mentioning this just to say stick to what you had answered.
I was asked yesterday whether you have any innovative think about any product launch for ur company. In reply, they proved every point of mine to be useless, so be firm and stick to wat u think and answer.
Yes @mvrkr44 but they will grill you like anything and in my panel in Delhi there was no emotions on the face of panelists like whether they are satisfied or dissatisfied. They were answering plainly like so wat and what else.
@yadavsaurabh: regarding case study scenarios, what ever this Thread has to offer is that enough for preparation or we need to look scout outside as well ????
