1) Work-life balance and work culture for ppl already working in ICICI on M2 grade in risk/IT etc.
2) Any idea regarding the rather substantial no of students selected abt 120 selected every half-yearly(240 per year) whether all absorbed and serious plan of expansion in this regard.
3) General place of postings
4) How much a degree from NIIT university holds value in market

1-In general,banking is not easy business n private banks unlike public sector banks cant take help from government so big pressure of taking gud decisions,hitting targets,managing uncertainity etc.It is not easy job to do as sector is highly regulated n u ll be dealing with public money which all the time is more important than individual's time.Work life balance is depending on ur manager n individual.but it is highly rewarding.M2 is entry level middle management grade with little bit of strategic responsibilities.It is sineor member of any team for example- in IT, U ll get program or project manager role.in relationship u ll get business relationship management or account management.u must have seen suited booted guys in IT companies sumthig lyk dat.but the only caution is u r supposed to perform n lead by example,rest all ur luck.
2-yes there isexpansion plan but we dunno .at high level,by 2020 ICICI is planning to be in top 20 banks in the world.thiswas officially communicated to us already.everybody ll be absorbed.
3-In general tier-1 n metro cities.Risk n IT mostly in mumbai,some part may be hyderabad.relationship n credit risk can go any of metro n tier-01 cities.
4- As of now,we can say no value.but ICICI experience at this much senior level will surely help a lot.u can easily comptete with top colleges grads.what I can say this is very gud launch pad n now its upto individual.
5-not sure about this.u can check with helpline numbers but it ll be after declaration of result.
ICICI has its world class exposure in retail and wholesale banking. it needs to develop a lot in investment banking to compete with its peers like UBS AG, Bank of America, goldaman Sachs etc.. Hence i beleive they have set a challenging objective of vision 2020 !!! let us all hope for the best in couple of days. atb champs 😃
Any org is best for high performers and worst for low performers.there is some problem in retail banking just bcoz of sector dynamics ,worse in all private banks.no problem in other sectors.

Bank never fired anybody except disciplinary cases but in case u r not upto their expectations den they ll do so many things like variable cut,depange to make u leave.
JFKYI.... I just gotta call from HR for Documents and as I asked for the results they are firm about Monday as they are saying that they are preparing the final list today and may be if their condition is favorable they'll disclose it by the end of the day or on monday.... I've a friend in Mumbai HR team as well according to her... they have just got 48 hrs deadline to finish this off as they have to get engaged in PO recruitment also....and that is more hideous task to handle so ....It's just that .....Either monday or in another 48 hrs we'll be informed.... SO guys wish all the best .... God and my prayers are with you..... I wish we all get selected and meet up at Neemrana campus ....
