@1987rachit Bhai maine aapko reply diya..and i got a call from ICICI HR asking to upload PAN Card and salary slips.... I intentionally didn't upload those previously....

@hanrao Its just a HR Notification.... and for you @astha5 Its an negative approach towards the program.... I'm not criticizing anybody's view over here but it's like you earning approx 5 or at max 6 p.a. and if you get a secure job with atleast 10 p.a. without worrying about performance for two years down the line and you just have to study over there.... In my opinion its a good deal....I mean you whoop your a** in your company for two years...and perform like hell but if you belong to an IT firm, it's not gonna pay you a single penny instead.....and then too, after that kind of performance you will face a depressing outfit... And any layman can tell you in India only two sectors namely POWER and BANKING-FINANCE is shooting sky high.... TELECOM and IT will always be on "thin line" of uncertainty.....
Request you guys not to take it otherwise but you have opted to go with it, at least keep a positive note towards it.... I mean nobody wants a desk job, where in he/she has just to play with excel and looping the same work everyday but....if we make a good note in anything you'll start enjoying it..... Y take chances.... Lets go for it....and have some fun...

I completely agree with @Radix_Rocker .... I read this article many months ago... but i'm surprised to see that many couldn't notice that it was written by a frustrated employee of the RETAIL BANKING domain.... Please verify your thoughts before posting it on a public forum and avoid creating panic or misguiding(unintentionally)....

@astha5 .. on your concern..i did read most of the comments AGAIN..... I could find that the majority of the comments came from BANK PO exam employees...i.e. Retail Banking.....
For any further clarification...i would suggest you to talk to any of the IIM graduate who is working in the RISK/CBG/IT sector in ICICI.... this would really help you to get the perfect idea regarding the timings (5 days a week 😃 ) and the job profile..... this will definitely satisfy you...
