Dude.. I was all ready n charged up to go there.. bt then called em up before going.. yea they have a tie up wid icici.... bt i didnt got the appointment for today.. they ask to visit next wk.. hvng less time at our disposal, i then did d checkups at d nearest center.. wil hv to ask icici guys for d reimbursements now..

u guys are hired at M2 post .. 7th in hierarchy from lowest one .. do u really blv that someone at such a high level will be selling insurance policies . In corporate banking people deals with B2B banking and dont sell insurance policies.

but have to say if people are going for this just because they think they will lap up 15 lac package easily at the end of it then they must gear up of hard times...

As far as I got from ur calculations u r considering urself as worst performing employee bcoz den only u ll get variable 0 n 70k in hand.this is rite if u get below average rating den ih hand ll be 70 k only but if u think urself above average(not saying best) then u can easily claim 80-90% variable den it ll be 90 k around only.i dont think dat u ll b in lowest slab.
wherever u r getting 65k just think about getting into lowest performing category den how much ll be ur in hand?

Regarding the selection procedure.....its very well disigned.............@sriram82 how much do you have an idea of HR process for recruitment design.................its follproff process..........with flaw less system.................very simple ICICI does not want to go outside there talent pool for recruitment in future thats why they are creating there talent pool for future.............
