Guys, I've got a query, and would appreciate replies from those who've got any insight on this. What would the nature of the job we are offered training be like, i mean in terms of workload? Would we have any time to ourselves? Is it a 5 day or 6 day week?
I understand that this query may seem optimistic, but it is the job at the end that we're all looking at; and we are applying for this course with this job in sight, so I need to know what I'd be signing up for

- What constitutes work experience? Total full-time relevant experience (after completing graduation). For CAs, three years of relevant work experience excludes internship experience.

Fees and Other Expenses
- What is the estimated cost for the entire program for a foreign student? The total cost of the entire program is Rs. 4.5 lacs which would be provided by ICICI Bank as a subsidized loan at an interest rate of 2.5% p.a.
- What is the cost of living for the duration of the program: Rs. 4.5 lacs is inclusive of the food and lodging facility at Neemrana.
- Are there other costs to be taken into consideration? If yes what? Yes. If you are selected for the ICICI Business Leadership Programme, you would be required to deposit Rs.10,000/- toward an admission security deposit along with submitting your acceptance to join for the ICICI Business Leadership programme. The procedure for this will be explained in your invitation letter. This amount will be refunded to you on completion of 90 days of the programme. However, if you do not join the programme after confirmation or leave the programme within 90 days of joining, this amount will be forfeited.
- What are the scholarship options available for the students? During the period of two years students would be paid stipend/scholarship- Rs.10,000/- per month during the classroom training phase & Rs. 50,000/- per month during the internship phase.
- At what rate of interest is the loan available? What is the date from which loan repayment begins? What is the maximum period in which a loan is to be repaid? The EMIs for the loan would start once you have joined the bank. There would be no recovery of EMIs or interest during the initial programme period of two years. The EMIs are spread over a period of 60 months from the start date of employment with ICICI Bank and will attract a rate of interest of 2.5 percent p.a. to ensure that there is minimal impact in the monthly earnings. The EMI will be approximately Rs. 9,000 per month. The loan agreement will have to be signed by the applicant soon after joining the campus. However, the applicant will have to get the guarantor form ready before joining the campus for the programme.
- What are the specializations available? Students joining the programme will be trained in areas depending on their electives, including Corporate Banking, Global Market, Commercial Banking, Risk Management, Retail Credit and Information Technology.
- What percent of the batch finds jobs within three months of graduation? On successful completion of the programme & internship, all students will be absorbed at Manager-Band II in the ICICI Bank.
- What is the mean starting salary of a class after graduation? The gross annual salary on joining the bank will be in the range of Rs.15 Lacs (cost to company) or more.
