Dear All,
I am happy for you all who cracked this programme.But please be aware of certain things.I had worked at M1 grade in ICICI which is just lower than M2.
Please note :-
ICICI ctc is different from what other sectors offer as ctc.
15 Lacs is promised ctc.Out of this Rs 1 lacs will go as EMI for next 5 years as education loan.
Now since ICICI is offering cheap loan they will add the difference between cost of interest at market rate and subsidized rate as part of your ctc.Approx Rs 50,000. Atleast they offered this as part of our ctc for transferring existing educational loans which we had taken for paying our B School fees.My mba B school i cant disclose for security reasons as I am ex ICICI employee.
Rs 30,000-Rs 40,000 will go as gratuity which you will get only if you complete 5 years of service in ICICI.
At least Rs 1.5 lacs will be performance bonus which is variable.I am taking this figure as conservative.This can be even hire.To get even 80% of this you need to be a very good performer.
If you substract all this you will come down to Fixed component of Rs 12.5 lacs only from which pf and tax will be deducted.Please contact your seniors who have joined at M2 grade after this programme to get exact details.

Yesterday I appeared in the exam, would like to share my experience:
Sec 1: Reading Comprehension : 5 passage in 9 minutes
Each question has 2 questions to answer from drop downs Few are direct and some que need to inferred from the passage context. Difficulty: Easy
Caution: If you are not able to able to understand first few line leave it move ahead, target easy passage first, later attempt remaining – It worked for me, You will get enough time.
Sec 2 : Sentence Completion : 20 questions in 7 minutes
Fill in the blanks , choose most logical word to fill out of 4 options Difficulty : Medium, one need to ponder for some question
Sec 3 : Arithmetic : 20 questions in 18 minutes
Time and work , Simple interest , Percentage , ratio, Time speed and distance had major portions Questions are ok level but speed is needed and do watch the clock in left bottom so you don't run out of time Difficulty: High, question are easy anyone can solve those question but if sufficient time is given.
Caution: Percentage, SI may eat most of you time, so leave and move ahead attempt later.
Sec 4 : Diagrams : 15 questions in 6 minutes
Picture Rotation questions : 5 figure, 4th figure will be ?, need to select from option next movement in the figure.
Difficulty: Easy
Caution: DO practice from RS
Sec 5 : Analogy : 15 questions in 4 minutes
Eg: India gate:India::Wall of china:?
Difficulty: Easy
I am not sure in Arithmetic.
@Darktim now I understand ur situation bro, there is very little tym to read and solve que, I am confident on 8-9 que, marked 6-7 on gut, and 4 unattempted. So whatever u do target on accuracy, coz in hurry one can make mistake also, and I feel the cutoff for this section should be less, An average performer can attempt 8-11 que correctly (considering most of us are 3+exp and not in practice and now it take way more time to do calculation as compared to college days)

My NUMBA VIII APTITUDE EXPERIENCE ...
Section 1: Reading comprehension(5 passages,2 questions on each passage) -- All the questions were factual and a simple reading of the passage will allow you to answer most of them.Answers appear in dropdown.
Section 2: Sentence Completion (20 questions) -- Most of the words were from common use for example : 1. He let the company fall to the _____(ground). 2. His repetition of the poem in a ______ (rote) way showed that he didn't understand it.(This was the toughest one :D)
Section 3: Arithmetic (20 questions) -- This section is a bit tough considering only 18 mins.
Example: 1. 25 is 40% of a number.What is 70% of that number.
2. A bus agency charges fixed price of Rs.5000 for a trip and Rs.500 per passenger.It earns Rs.10000 for a day. How many passengers.
3.Age of a father is 3 times that of his son.6 years back it was 4 times that of his son.What is the ratio of the age of the father to the son,6 years hence.
4. Rs6/kg rice and Rs. 10/kg rice mixed in equal quantities and sold at Rs.14/kg.What is the profit percentage.
5.Ram does a work in 4 days and Shyam in 6 days.If they work together how many days would they take.
6. Initial price of a good is Rs.340.15% discount is given and then an additional 20% discount.What is the final price.
7. An increase in 10kg of human weight increases the chances of heart attack by 0.15%.What fraction is equivalent to the 0.15%.

Section 4:Diagrams (15 questions)-- Very easy and easily achievable..just follow the pattern and be quick.
Section 5: Analogy (15 questions) -- Example:1.Ice:Solid::Water:? 2.Tree:Forest::Water:?

12th and 13th of July may be the last slots for written and any idea about the result date ? I wud rate myself with avg performance..Maths I could attempt oly 8-9 questions and rest i opted blindly..because the timer indication 00:30...00:29....00:28sec remaining.. Actually they were really very easy... while opting, the glance of the question made me feel sad..though I know how to do..time factor made it impossible. That too my slot was an early morning. It was my mistake to opt that slot..sleepy brain (FIFA match messed my sleep previous night of exam)..anyways good luck to you guys
