Received reply from icmr. Speed will be calculated by counting words, not keystrokes. Refer to the instructions in admit card.

"312 words/1781 characters, now someone mentioned one needs to make 1750 keystrokes in 10 mins ,
I am so confused , words or keystrokes ??
