i have read the instructions regarding IDBI interview and i have a doubt ..


Experience Certificate/s from past and current employers 

I am working in IT company at present 

But they wont give while working ..only if resigned i would be given .. SO what shall i do now ??

Shall i take my offer letter ? in this case
