Guys my written marks is 127.5 and my interview went above average but the main problem is that i had argument with the officials who do verification and she complained to the interviewer,but the interviewrs were cool they first took my interview and then they asked my explanation abt the fiasco and then gave some prep talk abt it but all was done in normal condition they were all smiling.What can i expect of the result??
First interview experience for me in banking field, reasonably good ,could have done better .
Venue : Hyderabad Date : 10/09/2015
Time : 1:30 PM
There were 3 of us from Bangalore,most of the others were from Hyderabad or Andhra/Telangana nearby . All 3 of us from Blore were the lasts in the list :( . So by the time our document verification got over itself it was around 3:30-3:45 PM. And by 5:45, we were all tensed as we had a train at 9 pm to catch, and this place was 25 kms away from the station ,lol !
My interview was at sharp 6 PM . First 3 M and 1 F . First 2 guys asked some simple questions - >
1. Why banking after engg
2. Your strengths, how will you help us in banking
3. What is diff b/w merger and acquisition
4. What is special about IDBI compared to other banks
5. Why not go into software sector
Another 3-4 questions of similar type
Then 3rd guy grilled me on Indradhanush program, I forgot to read that one 😞 , ha ha it was like some interrogation he asked me about that itself, I just kept saying "dont know dont know" . Then 2 recent private sector guys appointed as head of Public sector banks - DAMN I had just read that 2 days back,but couldnt recall there.
Then lady asked some questions about financial inclusion , PMJDY , famous things about Bangalore,its history etc .
So it went well with 3 out of the 4 interviewers, with that 1 guy it was totally screwed up. Anyways once the interview got over , I didnt bother ,I was more worried about reaching the railway station ! Lol , I just reached as the train was about to leave thankfully, very very anxious moments throughout ! 1 crazy day in Hyderabad overall, great and thrilling experience !
i hope idbi interview for all have either finished or will be finished by tmrw..... so leave that now on fate as we are done from our part...so whats next?????

i was asked what is the vision statement of idbi??? in manipal interview. forgot to focus on this with my stupidity
Many ppl r saying. IDBI-manipal is not gud, marketing wala job he. Aur salary bhi baki PSBs se kam he, uper se 6.5 thosand deduct ho jayega. Posting will be any where even in rural areas. Many suggesting not to join der lyf will be very hard. Really confused and sad, have to leave it if I get slcted and have to prepr well for other exms.:-( :-(
Hyderabad guys be aware that interview is mainly focusing on family background and I had only one banking interview question what is CRR
Else remaining are general questionsI had interview in Mumbai and I am currently working as Technical Analyst and the interviewers said that they are looking for candidates with financial analyst profile....What is a financial Analyst?
guys my score was 109 general and my interview was above average...is there any chance or a ray of hope.. 😞

today is the last day for idbi manipal interview.
mine was on 10th @kolkata, idbi house time 1:30pm
document verification started on 12:30 but interview on 3pm...panels were taking so long interviews with each of us.
there were for members in the panel M1,M2,M3 and F1
I enter the room wished all of them and separately to ma'am..
M2(panel head):-introduce ur self?
M1: what ur father do?
M1;ur strengths ?
Me: i told that my only strength is my dedication and elaborated by saying that when sm1 gives me some job then i never left that incomplete...
M1: many more criss n cross on my strengths,bahut fasanbe ki kosis ki unlogo ne
M2:on my experience,y u left previous employer,more question on my contractual job(Statue of Unity)
F1: what is payment bank? why it is ? name all 11 selected for payment banks ? what is the need of payment banks ? what is financial inclusion ? what is the benefit of Financial inclusion ? name at least five bank products n services ? what is KYC ?
M1:why u want to join bank >
after this long ting-tong they look each-other and said me to leave.
