Hi Seniors, can you please help out with what all documents we need to carry on the GD/PI day? Also, do we need to carry attested photocopies of these as well? Apologies if this is asked. I did try to search this thread. 😃

Just carry ur GD/PI call letter and a copy of ur CV form(so that u r acquainted with wat u had written in the form)...U can carry ur certificates, but the panel doesnt generally check it as the they are being scrutinized once the admission gets confirmed...
sir plz tell me the questions that i should expect in pi.
PS: fresher, computer science background
Be well versed with wat u had wriiten in ur CV...u mite hv a few questions from ur graduation...so in case dat happens, try and get the panel ask questions on ur favrt subject...also be aware of the recent macro-economic events concerning India and the western world...
Do some research on organizations like WTO,IMF,World Bank,ASEAN,SAARC,BRICS,etc...
hi seniors
out of your own experience, can u please guess on which will be the most likely essay/gd topics out of social/political/economic and financial topics...
on which of these areas should we concentrate the most during our preparation....

Unfortunately,it cud be related to anything...chances of an essay/GD on political matters could be a little less than the other 2...but u cant negate that out completely... Moreover, its good if u can bring out the political, economic, social and technical aspects of any given topic...so good luck...

Go through your CV form..and find out all the possible questions..
Prepare them.. get some knowledge about your native place, your job, your aspirations etc...be ready to justify whatever you have written in CV form..

Hi Aarav(considering that to be ur name)....der is no rite or wrong answer to any particular question dat u mite hv encountered in the CV form...if working in rural market is ur long term objective, then so be it....the only idea behind an interviewer grilling u is to see how u react when u face stressful situations...so dont panic...just give ur best shot...good luck
sir
i have written in my cv form that i am interested in doing MBA in marketing.....sir now will they ask me about marketing technicalities like brand management, types of marketing and blah blah??
i am a fresher and have no idea of marketing jargons:-(...for the PI, should i concentrate on preparing about marketing or my b.tech subjects.....plz help
sandyjuventus SaysThanks a lot .. The biggest concern for me is justifying a year drop for preparation
you can use that as an asset by boasting about your strong decision making skills.. and also you can say that you were not happy wid the job..(Considering you were in a job) and link success and happiness..

The panel doesnt expect u to be a marketing guru...but definitely they mite ask u "Why marketing?"...And in case if they go into the technicalities, dont try to bluff....so prepare ur answers accordingly...Moreover u being a fresher, der are quite a few chances that they mite ask u question related to ur grads...so prepare accordingly....Good Luck...
