Last year I was in your shoes, and I know that this is the time when we have various doubts and questions in our mind regarding selection of institutes. 98.98 percentile, Good WAT and GD.
In PI I was asked what did you learn fro your job. I mentioned abt various skills aquired like meeting deadlines, working across teams and also team player skills. For justifying the last one I gave an example of working for CSR activities and also going for flash mobs which was completely new for me. Is it a blunder to give informal example like flash mob?

Last yr 583 ppl were there in merit list, so this year lets assume 583 ppl are given admission out of 1976. So 1976÷583= 3.38 .. so approx out of 4 ppl, 1 person is selected. Am i correct..?

Spoke in the first minute saying that
Let us try to understand what it means and elaborated in sorta different way saying that persons and land availability and their contribution towards economy and how are they utilized now and how better they can be utilized
No one knows a thing about what it is.
Group started discussing on agri, health budget allocation and all.
In between I gave a point on agri, health and education saying that the resources are there and are to be utilized( didnt get that demographic meaning)
And the group started going off track.
I took the leas and said that "I think we are going off the topic let us reiterate the topic which is actually not on various sectors but the demographic dividend. We will understand what it is and then we may proceed for solutions.
A guy started saying same thing again and again a mess
This time the panel cuts the group and says. Guys ur going off topic. Will give u extra 10 min. Work on it and start speaking. And gave a hint like stating the word population.
Ive realized then and said in between that what we spoke were true but it is important to know where the people are being allocated. Lets bifurcate in to men, women,children. Some Women are employed and some are not. Men some we see in all sectors. Necessary contribution can be seen in every side but ultimately getting the roots. Education should be done from a basic stage to ensure proper utilization.
Later people spoke on some lines and now comes the point where i completely messed up.
Started giving an example and mentioned about trade stuff( panel cut me and said its not about trade or countries again understand the topic and plz continue)
I added juz one normal point after that, saying that improvement in sectors is needed for proper utilization.
And they asked to conclude
Me and other guy started saying. Other guy was asked to say.he said and the evaluators looked fine with his conclusion.

My writing
Intro: elaborating the terms opposition n miracle what can they be
Body: how do they come to any one...forms of them ( exams, group work, tasks, professional) and where they come (business political social legal economical and technical)
Continued with Elon musks example of tesla cars( he faced a financial crisis and his miracle is to set his company on top and dream of electric cars so his opposition is his crisis). And later mentioned how he overcomed it
Concl: thus ur biggest oppostion is when u face ur biggest miracle and also some single liners about pv narsimha rao getting indian economy right on track, modi working for better india, rohingya people facing their crisis, AP for special status( as a group examples). So one will face these situations and has to be prepared and face them with confidence to ensure success.

Q.So why u are here leaving blore as centre for ur PI
A. Sir, I have a meeting tommorow at anand. So i knew it earlier and opted this centre

A. Sir the talks are going on. It has been halted due to constraints from both.
India needs data secure status, transfer of people for IT works ( mode 4 of gats)
And also service based trade to enhance india's exports
EU wants mode 3 services ( to make its commercial presence) and importing cars, dairy products,wines and spirits to India by reducing the trade barriers. India currently is not a part of any big trade and if the trade is done India shall see a good amount in exports. Improvement and inclined towards best possible trade options in future and competitive with other nations in trade.
Q. What is GATS and what are 4 modes
A. Elaborated and said 2 modes correctly.
Q. Mode 3 is not that. Its different.
A. No sir, i may not say it correctly but the essence is the commercial presence in india.( he still says no) ( I think I am correct) and continued with mode 4
Q. I dont think this will have much inpact( started in hindi) it will benefit EU on trade terms but not india.
A. Said, as per my study and research on this concerned. India shall have decent chances of improving on trade. India will still have some loses but still it is benefitted that FDI's shall come up, job creation will be there IT services are available.

Can someone estimate how many category people will be in 99 percentile range? Also, how many 99 percentilers are not in the race owing to not clearing cutoff in 1 section?
