Can someone tell me the tentative date of the result? And whether we have to submit something or reply with a confirmation immediately after the results are declared?

Guys, how much advantage does a person with 99 %ile have over a person with 98/97/96 %ile in IIFT's process?
Do we have the same chances of conversion as a 99 %ile?
There was a post on the facebook group that the results will come in the 1st week of April and not in the last week of march. Some guy called AO and confirmed.
