Last Year it was an online form which will be directly send to whoever gives the reco. You will just have to give their email id . So you wont even know wht the questions are ,but it is a very easy process. Now coming to getting the reco , its ok to get all three from acad life. But as u have work ex it would be ideal to get at least one from office. We can never say whether this will have a big impact or not , but its good to do so. You collect it from prof , but HOD will be make a lil more bigger impact. From your office try getting from a senior colleague if not from manager.

There is no hard and fast rule that u have to get Reco from a certain set of people . Here just common sense prevails . But from what I have seen , getting one from work , one from coll HOD or Dean , and one from School principle (if you cant get one more good reco fro work or coll) . But all this will change if you have some amazing achievements in school ,, then get it from there.

Hi seniors ... can I get the count of calls issued and the number of seats across each category ? will that be made available in public by IIM-B in future ? I just want to gauge the competition in WAT/PI

@abhi.iimb: after filling details in University Level when I am clicking on SAVE, its showing "Please enter all required values" though I have filled everything..please see the attached file..

I dont think that will be available . I was also thinking about the same last year. But trust it wont help . :)

Its difficult to say from this screenshot . But did u enter all details inside the university detail page ?

Thanks for ur quick response ... I have one more question... The other IIMs have the weightage split up for final selection in a format ... I could not find the same in IIM-B website ... may I know on what basis the final selection ll be made ? only based on WAT/PI score or the current composite score also matters ? if it matters what s the weightage ?? Thank you once agian...

@leo387 can you please tell us what is the 90th percentile score for X and XII which IIM B has used this year to adjust our scores. IIM A has a clear cut formula by which we can get to a precise figure and check ourselves whether selection process is clean or not. Please tell IIM B to come up with such a clean figure.
