In my case, I wrote about a career in Systems/IT as that's one of the specialization options you will have over here. If you want to specialize in any particular area, you can write about your interest and exposure in that area. It could be Finance, Marketing, Operations or General Management. If you are a fresher and are not sure, then there is no need to mention your specialization since you will decide it much later. Hope that answers your question.

@abhi.iimb Hi, my parents are currently abroad, and won't be in India by the time of the deadline. I want to know if this is acceptable:
I ask them to sign the Declaration by Parent, and scan it and send it to me. I sign the Declaration by the Candidate and scan it and append it to what my parents have sent me, and upload it.
I would appreciate your help.

Hi, as per our policy, I can't disclose more placement related information about the various job profiles in addition to what has already been made available to the media by our institute. You can google various online sources and forums (newspapers, insideiim, PG etc) and will get a fair idea of the different roles offered during our placement processes. There is enough information available for you to be able to write your SOP.

when you will fill and save the details of ur referral, it will give an option of sending the email on top.after that you can fill your another referrals detail and save it.this will be added below the first refrees detail......

Well after going through all the pages first reaction of mine is "its surprising people not getting call at 99+ %ile" 
....Seriously feeling sad for those guys/gals. But neways every college has some criteria and IIMB is following its own.
Now I have got a call with not so high %ile but mainly because of good profile I guess(profile listed below) . Here my question comes to @abhi.iimb @TTR_IIMB ...after getting a call does the conversion solely depends on the WAT& PI performance or ne preference/ higher score is given to the people with higher %ile? And I would like to know the lowest %ile person selected last year in general category, if possible?
And I would also like to thank for sincere efforts you guys are putting in answering our queries.

@Rakesh4CAT Your scores in WAT-PI will be added to the current composite score (based on which you have been called for the Interview). Also your profile will be evaluated by the interviewers to revise your score for work-ex. So, if you can go better than the candidates who have a slightly higher composite score as of now, you will have a good chance of getting selected. Hope that helps. ATB :)
