Hi IIMB folks and all the shortlisted puys,
In the admission procedure pdf, it is mentioned that the referees should be employers or faculty(Page4,PointNo11). So can I choose a referee who is my lead or should he/she be an HR?

But you can download the instructions' pdf once you login to fill up the form.

@sagar07 Once you login, just check the instructions tab on the bottom left of your screen. It's the same file.

Q1. The referee mails it directly to IIMB office. You won't get a copy of it as it the confidential.

Q2. Signature is required when you are submitting a hardcopy. In this case, everything is online and the referees will also fill-up the feedback form and submit it online. So no signature needed.

Yes, the email from IIMB will have the link and password to login to the IIMB Online application portal where you need to fill up your details and upload documents to complete the registration process.

1) dept hod(tough task :()
2) college prof
3)school teacher ...
is that ok , or i need all from recent interaction ???

@abhi.iimb Can I also get the referral from my teacher at my HP training?he knows me professionally also and I did some management work during training so he can help me for sure.That way I will get one from my job,one from school and one from him and not from college.Is that ok?

@cricpuy You can choose your Team Lead/Project Lead/ Project Manager for giving reference.

seniors i have a doubt

in my 12 th standard i have mentioned the percentage as 71.4 as given by my state board but after adding the additional subject it is incresing to 71.8......so what i do?

@eng2mba Whatever you have listed down should be fine. However, if you have started working, then a feedback from your Supervisor at work or some senior person in the team can add more value to your profile. But make sure the person knows you well and would give a good feedback. If you did remarkably well in school and your school teacher remembers that, then that will be as good as a recent interaction which is not so good.
