Does referee need to write any essay or it is just some questions he/she needs to answer?

on the PGP admission process PDF on page 5 there is a point which mentions:

"The scores in all past academics will also be updated, if required, on the basis of actual mark
sheets/ grade cards submitted. Unless otherwise mentioned, percentages would be
calculated by considering all subjects that the candidate has appeared for examination"

can seniors shed some light on this?

but I had already checked. It says file size could be 1 MB at max. But mine is just 30KB. After browsing the photo, when I am clicking on save button, the photo is not getting uploaded. and the path also is not showing up. Same with other certificates. What sort message does it display when upload is successful.

Please help.

@albiesriram My referee received just one mail with the link in it ,there was no passcode in it. Thought my referee will receive another mail with the passcode in it , but nothing yet :|

yeah the passcode will come in separate mail... But dont know when the confirmation mail will come. fingers crossed.

It means, to put it simply : Dont take best 4/5 subjects.. while entering marks U NEED TO consider all the subjects u appeared for

There might be some problem with the server.. Check tomorrow... If it still doesn't work, take screenshots and send it to the admissions help desk mail..

And regarding the references, last time it was not a long questionnaire.. He will need to point out certain traits in you and maybe write a few lines describing you...

hello seniors...how are we supposed to enter our graduation marksheets..??...do we have to submit for all semesters or for each year..??...also the link mentions something about consolidating all marksheets in one pdf file...what do they exactly mean by it..???

All the marksheets have to be combined in a single doc... U can give ur consolidated marksheet too... Or else it will be difficult to remain within the specified size limit

also...regarding the references, is the referee supposed to write any sort of LOR for us stating our achievements and abilities...or is it just a confirmation he is supposed to make that he knows us in person and can vouch for us..???

@havingnot I am not from WBUT. But remember some of my friends from WBUT using (CGPA*10-.75) for conversion last year. You should check with your seniors who have been through the process. It's always better to carry proof for the conversion formula that you are going to use. So first check with the authorities in your college if any such formula exists.

@singhkartik3 Referee will get a mail mentioning some link, There he will be asked few questions about you, he just have to write answer about those questions. HE could mention according to respective questions.
