@facemash u will receive a mail confirming the same....and it would also show on the portal...dont remember exactly how..most probably a tick mark :)

hi seniors,

can we also have some of our relayives or fiends who are iim passouts themselves as the referees...or is it advisable to have referrals from professors teachers and other similar people who have known us academically???

@singhkartik3 : It specifically says no relatives or friends (even if they are IIM passouts, here everyone is or is going to be !!!) ... The referee must be a teacher or boss etc..

HI,it would have been very helpful if anybody can collect some info regarding what sort of questns are asked in recommendation letter(So that I can choose my referees ).Will there be any qstns regarding my personal details(As they may or maynot have my personal info.) or will it be more of some formal questns? Pls do me a favour with this puys with some detailed info.

@moup mainly regarding what they assess of various characteristic traits of yours. standard stuff. nothing very personal is generally asked.

@albiesriram the admissions ofc doesn't send a mail, a mail is auto generated as soon as the referee submits the recommendation. Please confirm with your referee if it has been submitted or not. In case it has been submitted, yet you haven't received the confirmation mail speak to the admissions ofc

@TTR_IIMB Im in my final year so i need to upload my scanned mark sheets and a bonafide certificate from my college. but they also mentioned a latest transcript to be uploaded along with that.. What exactly is the transcript here ?? Thank yu!

I don't have any work experience so what do i do with the "Work Experience" in the application form?? can i leave it blank???

A transcript is a consolidated statement of your scores from all the Semesters you have finished thus far. It is provided by the college/ university. Speak to your examination cell/ registrar.
