This for people who post queries regarding the references. You need to get 3 references and it can be anyone from your previous professional/academic life who has known you for quite sometime. Though it is preferable to have a combination of people from both academic and professional life, it is fine if all the three are from your professional life. Also, it does not matter that the person vouching for you must be high up the organizational ladder and what matters is how well he/she knows you. You are going to enter one of the best b-schools in the country, So use your best judgement to decide on whom you can select.

You need to get a certificate in the format specified in the CAT website. You need to attach a scanned copy of the same during form submission, I guess and produce the originals on admission.

Any of them will do.. Looking at two of ur referees i would suggest go for some high ranking official... Even if he/she is not in your company now doesnt matter...

@elflord do you mean the NC OBC certificate on CAT site??? but they have mentioned cast certificate separately. do we need to attach Candidate identification affadavit?

If they have asked you to upload caste certificate separately, upload the same. There was no need for a candidate identification affidavit as of now. But during admission you will be required to produce the same.

@Phoenix90 Organisation email ids add more credibility and are preferred. However, let the referees know about that before going ahead.
