@gursartaj speak to the referee and put whatever suits him. ultimately whatever you write might be ratified from the referee by the admsisions ofc.
@TTR_IIMB yes it is explicitly mentioned in my mark sheet rules on the backside of my marksheet. also the aggregate score which has been written on my mark sheet has been calculated on that basis . but perecentage has not been calculated.so can i feel safe??

@sunny1987 i had deducted 0.75 from my cgpa in cat form now i want to correct it as earlier i filled it acc. some info frm some friends. but now a sanned file is updated on mu ollege website that we can multiply it by 10 n it carries the sign of my college director and dean. so can i correct it now??

Has anyone received the dates for the interviews? Will those be intimated to us via e-mail or a letter (by post) or via the website where we checked results?

1- Is 23rd a super hard deadline for recommendations. (Most schools which accept GMAT give some leeway because people who write recos are quite busy, generally.) What if one of my recos is not submitted by 23rd?
2- I have added my undergraduation details in the application. But the system is not allowing me to add my additional education details (CFA certification in my case). Could you guide me with the steps.

@poreovertomes Please talk to the admissions office for both the issues. I personally do not see much to be gained by your putting your CFA credentials in the form. You may choose to mention it in your SOP.

I have already shared my insights and timelines on the mentorship initiative earlier in this thread. Admission office with have final answer. To give you some idea, last year I had my mentor assigned to me 1 month before the interview.
The deadline won't be extended. In case one of your recos doesn't get submitted, you won't be able to submit the application by the deadline. please follow up with your referee or choose someone who can finish it well in advance.

I got shortlisted for IIM-B.
I have 4 years of work exp working in the same company all the time.
For the 3 referrals, Can I get it from 3 project leads of my team under whom I have worked at different times? They are ready to give it.
Does it make a difference to my chaces if a Manager or a Director gives a referral?
FYI, the project leads report to the manager or director
I am not quite sure about asking my manager or director for a referral yet.

Congrats for your shortlist... Reco from 3 project leads will be just fine... But it will be better to have variety in your recos... So a Manager or Director will be a good value addition..
